What we collect

The web address of the site you ask us to check, your email address if you give us one, and the advertising parameters attached to the link you arrived on: the Google click identifier (gclid) and any utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content values. We also record the page that referred you, the country your request came from, your browser's user-agent string, and a random identifier generated in your browser that lets us see that the address and the email came from the same visit.

Why we collect it

To run the check you asked for, to email you the report, and to know which advertisement and which search keyword brought you here. That last point is the whole purpose of this page: we are testing whether the product is worth building.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone. We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not use your email for anything other than replying to you about your site.

What we scan

Only the address you give us, and only pages that are publicly reachable. We never sign in anywhere and never scan anything behind a login, a password or a paywall.

How long we keep it

Twelve months from the day you submit it, then it is deleted.

Deletion and access

Email hello@tallyra.co and ask. We will delete your record, or send you a copy of it, within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason and you do not need an account.
